Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ashen Crown: Oath of Greyfen (the “App”), developed by Caulderon Interactive, handles information. The current Android build is designed to run offline and does not require an account.

Caulderon Interactive does not collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, advertising identifier, payment information, or gameplay telemetry through the App. The current build contains no advertising, analytics, billing, crash-reporting, account, or network SDK.

The App stores save data and preferences locally using Android app-private storage. This can include your chosen name/origin and appearance settings, character statistics, inventory and equipment, quest state, world discoveries, story flags, faction/reputation values, current location, time/weather, ending state, and gameplay/settings preferences.

If an unexpected renderer or update error occurs, Ashen Crown may write a diagnostic runtime log to the App’s private storage. That log is not uploaded automatically.

The current version does not request the Android Internet permission and does not connect to a Caulderon Interactive server. It contains no AdMob, Google Play Billing, Google User Messaging Platform, Firebase Analytics, or other remote analytics/advertising service.

The current Android manifest requests no runtime permissions. In particular, the App does not request access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos/media, files, notifications, or advertising identifiers. Haptic feedback uses standard device APIs and does not require a dangerous/runtime permission.

The current build allows Android’s standard app backup/restore mechanism. Depending on your device, Android version, Google account, and backup settings, Android may back up some app-private data and later restore it. Caulderon Interactive does not operate or control that backup service. If you do not want Android to retain backup copies, manage backup settings through your device/Google account.

The App is a dark-fantasy action RPG containing combat and mature narrative themes and is not designed as a children’s or Families-policy app. Because the current App does not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.

• You can delete local save data from within the App where a delete/reset option is available, or by clearing the App’s storage in Android settings.
• Uninstalling the App removes the local installed copy and its device-local app data. Android/Google backup copies, if any, are controlled by your device/account backup settings.
• Because we do not run an account or gameplay-data server for this App, we generally do not possess a server-side player profile to access, export, or delete.

If a later version adds online services, advertising, purchases, analytics, cloud saves, accounts, or new permissions, this policy will be revised before or when those features are released.
