Terms of Use

These Terms govern your download, installation, and use of Ashen Crown: Oath of Greyfen (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Subject to these Terms, Caulderon Interactive grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment. No ownership of the App, its code, story, characters, audiovisual presentation, or other content is transferred to you.

Ashen Crown is a dark-fantasy action RPG and may contain fantasy violence, combat, death, political conflict, frightening imagery, and mature narrative themes. Use the App only where permitted by the age/content rules applicable to you and your platform account.

The current version is an offline single-player game with no account system. Saves and settings are primarily stored in app-private device storage. Autosaves, manual saves, app-data clearing, uninstalling, operating-system backup/restore, device failure, or future version changes can affect save availability. Keep this in mind before clearing storage or uninstalling.

The current v0.10 build contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. There is no virtual currency sold for real money and no paid gameplay entitlement in this build. If monetization is added later, the Terms, Privacy Policy, and store disclosures will be updated.

Game systems, difficulty, statistics, quests, enemies, maps, items, endings, balance, art, audio, interface, and other features may be corrected, rebalanced, expanded, replaced, or removed in updates. Caulderon Interactive does not guarantee that every feature or save format will remain unchanged indefinitely.

• Do not redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App or substantial portions of it without permission.
• Do not circumvent platform security, intentionally distribute modified copies as official builds, or misrepresent yourself as Caulderon Interactive.
• Reverse engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law; these Terms do not remove rights that law gives you.
• Do not use the App or its content for unlawful purposes.

The App’s original code, narrative text, characters, worldbuilding, selection/arrangement of audiovisual elements, interface, logos, and other protectable original material are owned by or licensed to Caulderon Interactive and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Certain visual assets are AI-assisted or AI-generated; rights in such material may differ by jurisdiction, and this clause does not claim rights that applicable law does not recognize. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of save data. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caulderon Interactive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of device-local game progress arising from use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent the law permits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules, disputes relating to the App or these Terms are subject to the courts of Delhi, India.

We may revise these Terms to reflect updates to the App, law, platform requirements, or our practices. The “Last updated” date will be changed when the published Terms change.
