The tilt controls feel backward
Try Settings → Invert Tilt. Everyone holds their phone at a slightly different angle, and occasionally the forward/back direction reads reversed depending on your grip — this setting flips it without affecting left/right.
The board isn't responding to tilt at all
Make sure you've turned on Tilt Controls in Settings and given it a moment to calibrate — swipe keeps working the whole time, so you can keep playing while it settles. Some older or budget devices don't report a gravity sensor at all; if that's the case, please contact support with your device model.
I bought Remove Ads but I still see ads
Try "Restore Purchases" in Settings first. If ads still appear afterward, contact support with your Google Play order ID.
My progress disappeared
All progress is stored locally on your device only, not in the cloud. Progress is lost if the App's storage is cleared, the App is uninstalled, or you switch to a new device.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage in Android Settings → Apps → Block Chakra → Storage, removes all saved data completely.
