Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MeritNiti: Exam Practice ("the App," "we," "us") handles information when you use the App. MeritNiti is developed by Caulderon Interactive.

The App does not require an account, login, or sign-up. We do not directly collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifier. Your practice activity — including question attempts, selected answers, bookmarks, misconception and weak-area tags derived from your attempts, revision lists, and app preferences such as theme — is stored locally on your device only, and is not transmitted to any server we operate.

Question banks are delivered to the App as structured content packs. Once downloaded, question content is available on your device without requiring a permanent internet connection. An internet connection is needed to download or update content packs, and for any advertising or purchases described below.

If the App carries advertising or purchases, we expect to rely on the same third-party services used across our other titles, each of which collects information according to its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — would display banner and/or interstitial ads, and may collect device identifiers such as the Advertising ID, approximate location, and app interaction data to serve and measure ads.
• Google Play Billing — would process any optional purchase, such as a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. Purchase information would be handled directly by Google Play; we would not receive or store your payment details.
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — would manage advertising consent for users in the EEA, UK, and other regions with applicable requirements.

• Internet / Network State — required to download question content packs, load ads, and process any purchases.
• Billing — required only if an optional in-app purchase is included.

The App does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or files.

Your attempts, bookmarks, misconception tags, revision lists, and preferences are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App removes this locally stored data.

MeritNiti is intended for users preparing for competitive and recruitment exams and is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your region), nor designed as a "Families"-policy children's app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

• Ad personalization consent: EEA/UK users would be able to review or withdraw consent via Settings → Privacy Options, if advertising is included.
• You can delete all locally stored App data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage in your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date, including once MeritNiti's official launch details are confirmed.
