MeritNiti: Exam Practice

Terms of Use

Draft — last reviewed September 2026. Not yet in effect: MeritNiti has not launched.

MeritNiti is coming soon. This draft mirrors the Terms of Use pattern used across our other titles and will carry a confirmed "Last updated" date once the app is live.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") will govern access to and use of MeritNiti: Exam Practice ("the App"), developed and operated by Caulderon Interactive ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App once released, you will agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher).

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we plan to grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

No Account System

As planned, the App will not require or offer user accounts, sign-in, or cross-device sync at launch. Practice history and settings are intended to be stored locally on your device only.

In-App Purchases

If included, any optional in-app purchase — such as a one-time, non-consumable "Remove Ads" purchase — would be processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We would not receive or store your payment card details.

Advertising

The App may display advertising served through Google AdMob, including banner and/or interstitial ads, if included in the final release. Purchasing "Remove Ads," if offered, would remove these ads.

Practice Content Accuracy

MeritNiti's practice questions and explanations are intended as study aids, not as official guidance from any exam or certification body. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, but the App is not guaranteed to fully reflect the content of any particular exam or certifying organization.

No Official Affiliation

MeritNiti is an independent educational and examination-preparation application published by Caulderon Interactive.

MeritNiti is not an official application of the Government of India, any State Government, UPSC, SSC, NTA, RRB, IBPS, a State PSC, university, bank, recruitment board, or other examining authority.

For examination notifications, dates, eligibility requirements, syllabi, rules, and official instructions, users should always verify information through the relevant official authority.

Acceptable Use

You will be asked not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by law; use cheats, exploits, or automation software; redistribute App content without permission; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its source code, visual design, question content, and the "MeritNiti: Exam Practice" name and logo, will be owned by Caulderon Interactive, except where a third-party license is expressly identified.

Third-Party Services

If included, the App would rely on Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and Google's User Messaging Platform, each subject to Google's own terms and policies.

Changes to the App

We may add, modify, remove, or discontinue any feature, question set, or other aspect of the App at any time, with or without notice.

Termination

You will be able to stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Because progress is intended to be stored locally, uninstalling the App or clearing its data would permanently delete your saved progress.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App will be provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caulderon Interactive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

This draft will be reviewed and finalized before launch, and may be updated afterward. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
