Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Number Run: Pro Edition ("the App"), developed and operated by Caulderon Interactive. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher. If required, use under the supervision of a parent or guardian is permitted.

Subject to these Terms, Caulderon Interactive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on a device you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

The App currently does not require or offer user accounts, sign-in or cross-device sync. Gameplay progress, including score, Coins, purchases, achievements and settings, is stored locally on your device.

The App features virtual Coins that can be earned through gameplay or purchased through Google Play Billing as standalone Coin Packs or as part of Combo Bundles. Combo Bundles may also include a permanent cosmetic item, world, sound pack and/or Remove Ads. Coin Packs and Combo Bundles are consumable purchases and may be bought again any number of times. If a Combo Bundle contains an item or entitlement you already own, that component may be substituted with bonus Coins of comparable value. Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged or converted for money or cryptocurrency, and cannot be transferred between users or devices. Coins may be adjusted, reset or removed to correct errors, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with law; pricing, bundle sizes, contents and availability may change.

The App offers optional in-app purchases — consumable Coin Packs, consumable Combo Bundles (Coins plus permanent cosmetic/world unlocks and/or Remove Ads), and a one-time non-consumable Remove Ads purchase — processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. An active internet connection is required to complete a purchase. Purchases are also subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy; refund requests are handled under Google Play's policy.

The App may display Google AdMob banner, interstitial and rewarded advertising. Purchasing Remove Ads removes banner and interstitial ads; rewarded video used for an optional revive remains voluntary.

At certain points during a run, the App may offer an optional Double or Nothing bonus. You may risk a portion of Coins earned so far for a chance to double them, or decline and keep what you have already earned. It uses only virtual Coins, never real money or anything of real-world value, and nothing can be withdrawn or cashed out. The chance of success is fixed and less than half, and both the amount risked and the amount won are capped. After an unsuccessful attempt, a limited one-time rewarded-video option may be offered to recover a bonus amount of Coins, subject to ad availability. This feature is optional and declining it has no effect on the rest of the App.

You agree not to reverse engineer where prohibited by law, use cheats, exploits, bots, hacks or unauthorized software, interfere with the App, redistribute it unlawfully, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Number Run: Pro Edition, including its software, visual design, artwork, sound, text, name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Caulderon Interactive and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The App relies on Google AdMob, Google Play Billing and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertising, purchases and consent management. Your use of these services through the App is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

We may add, modify, remove or discontinue features, shop items, difficulty levels or other aspects of the App at any time.

You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your ability to use the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Because progress is stored locally, uninstalling the App or clearing its data permanently deletes saved progress, including unused purchased Coins; we are not obligated to compensate for progress or virtual items lost this way.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caulderon Interactive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or loss of data arising from use of the App. Total liability for a claim shall not exceed the amount paid to us, if any, in the six months preceding the claim.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Caulderon Interactive harmless from claims or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date.
