Nine hazard modifiers, one rewardFrozen, Heat, Gravity Shift, Current, Snare, Volatile, Mirror, Toxic, and Chaos gates complicate a run — and the rare MYSTERY gate occasionally rewards one instead.

Multiplier FatigueChaining multiply gates back-to-back earns diminishing score returns, so runaway combos stay interesting without ever changing what a gate actually does.
