Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tilt Maze ("the App," "we," "us") handles information when you use the App. Tilt Maze is developed by Caulderon Interactive.

The App does not require an account, login, or sign-up. We do not directly collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifier. Gameplay progress — including coins, best times, achievements, and settings — is stored locally on your device only, and is not transmitted to any server we operate.

The App reads your device's motion/gravity sensor to let you steer the ball by tilting your phone. This sensor data is used only in real time to control gameplay and is never stored, logged, or transmitted anywhere.

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — displays banner and interstitial ads. May collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), approximate location, and app interaction data to serve and measure ads.
• Google Play Billing — processes the optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. Purchase information is handled directly by Google Play; we do not receive or store your payment details.
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — obtains and manages advertising consent for users in the EEA, UK, and other regions with applicable consent requirements. You can review or change your consent choice any time from Settings → Privacy Options.

• Vibrate — for haptic feedback during gameplay.
• Internet / Network State — required to load ads and process purchases.
• Billing — required to process the optional "Remove Ads" purchase.
• Motion sensor (accelerometer/gravity) — used only to control the ball; reading it requires no runtime permission on Android and no data ever leaves your device.

The App does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or files.

Gameplay data (coins, best times, achievements, settings) is stored only on your device. Automatic Android device backup is disabled for this App. Uninstalling the App removes this locally stored data.

Tilt Maze is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your region) and is not designed as a "Families"-policy children's app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

• Ad personalization consent: EEA/UK users can review or withdraw consent any time via Settings → Privacy Options.
• Advertising ID: you can reset or limit ad tracking in your device's system settings.
• Delete your data: you may delete all locally stored App data any time by uninstalling the App, or by clearing the App's storage in your device's App Info settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here and at the hosted copy with an updated "Last updated" date.
