Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tilt Maze ("the App"), developed and operated by Caulderon Interactive ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher).

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

The App currently does not require or offer user accounts, sign-in, or cross-device sync. All gameplay progress — including coins, best times, achievements, and settings — is stored locally on your device only.

The App features an in-game virtual currency ("Coins") earned through gameplay. Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for real money, are non-transferable between devices or users, and may be adjusted or reset if required to correct an error or prevent abuse.

The App offers one optional in-app purchase — a one-time, non-consumable "Remove Ads" purchase — processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details. This purchase is subject to Google Play's own Terms of Service and refund policy.

The App displays advertising served through Google AdMob, including banner and interstitial ads. Purchasing "Remove Ads" removes these ads.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, or mods;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems used to operate the App;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose.

The App, including its source code, visual design, gameplay mechanics as expressed in the App, and the "Tilt Maze" name and logo, is owned by Caulderon Interactive and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The App relies on Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and Google's User Messaging Platform. Your use of these services through the App is also subject to Google's own terms and policies.

We may add, modify, remove, or discontinue any feature, level, or other aspect of the App at any time, with or without notice.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Because all progress is stored locally, uninstalling the App or clearing its data will permanently delete your saved progress.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caulderon Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this screen and, where practical, on the hosted copy at this page.
